Ensemble Privacy Policy
Ensemble ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Ensemble travel outfit planner mobile application and related API services.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address and authentication identifiers (Google/Apple when you choose those sign-in methods).
- Trip and outfit data: Journey names, destinations, dates, day plans, outfit sets, and notes you create in the app.
- Wardrobe images: Photos you upload to your vault for outfit planning.
How We Use Information
We use your information solely to provide outfit planning features: storing your trips, days, outfits, and wardrobe images, and authenticating your account.
Image Storage
Uploaded images are stored securely in cloud blob storage (Azure Blob Storage in production). Images are associated with your user account and are not shared with other users.
Authentication
We use JWT access tokens (15-minute expiry) and refresh tokens (7-day expiry). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Data Deletion
You may delete vault images, outfits, day plans, and journeys within the app. Contact us to request full account deletion.
Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (optional): governed by Google and Apple privacy policies respectively.
- Microsoft Azure: hosts our API, database, and image storage.
